I never was interested in anything political until 2020. Covid changed my reality as it did to countless others, and the government did not seem so far away anymore. So I started to photograph local events here and there, and then the overturning of Roe v. Wade really got me involved and changed the reason why I photograph-For the Truth. Now, for the past five years I have photographed rallies, campaigns, city council meetings, school board meetings, marches, and various events in California and Washington D.C.
I am documenting history being made before my eyes.
